When will the PVSA program resume operations?
At this time, we do not have a date for when the program will resume. As soon as operations resume, all
Certifying Organizations will be notified.
Will I receive a PVSA order that was placed before the program was paused?
All orders that were placed before the program pause went into effect (May 27, 2025, at 5 p.m.) will be
processed and shipped as normal.
If I have items in my cart but didn’t place my order before the program pause, can I complete my
order?
No, PVSA orders cannot be placed until regular operations resume.
Will I still be able to access my PVSA account and previous orders?
No, Certifying Organizations cannot access their accounts while the program is paused.
If I have a question about a PVSA order I have placed, is there someone I can contact?
Any questions about an existing PVSA order can be sent to support@pointsoflight.org.
